Do you offer pick-up on orders?

Due to the current COVID restrictions, we are only offering zero-contact delivery.


How long can I store the KYOTO product?
All KYOTO products are delivered frozen and have a 3 month freezer shelf life

Can I thaw the product?
We recommend not thawing the product, but if product becomes thawed use within 48 hours

Can I re-freeze the product?
If thawed, do not refreeze and use within 48 hours

What is the delivery area?
Currently we only deliver in the Brisbane metro area. If unsure, please send us an email to kyoto@mottomotto.com.au

Can I pick up my order?
Yes, pickup orders made by midday Thursday will be available for pickup each Friday in Fortitude Valley. Please bring a copy of your order confirmation.

When will my order be delivered?
We only deliver to the Brisbane metro area.
Orders made by midday Thursday will be delivered on Friday.
If you live in an apartment or unit, please include the number.

How will I know my order has been sent?
When your order has been packed you will receive an email saying it is on the way!

What if I am not home on the delivery day?
Rest assured all orders are sealed and packed with an ice pack and thermal insulation.

Do you deliver interstate?
Unfortunately not, but we are looking to do this very soon.

Can I buy KYOTO at the supermarket?
KYOTO is now available at select locations in Brisbane. Check out our stockists now.

Do you have any vegan or vegetarian options?
Our Executive Chef is working on expanding the KYOTO range to include more products.

Where can I access the nutritional information?
Each product section on our website contains a copy of the nutritional information, ingredients list and allergies.
